Sleator Plant has supplied one of its customers with a Terex 55th Anniversary Backhoe loader, the first to be delivered in Northern Ireland.

The TLB890 backhoe loader is fitted with a limited edition and powerful 111hp Tier III 83kW engine to mark the iconic machine’s historic milestone.

The ‘anniversary’ engine will only be available on a select number of TLB850 and TLB890 backhoe loader models; it offers users exceptional performance, durability and reliability.

The sale to Chestnutt Holiday Parks was secured recently by Sleator Plant’s Brian Frizzell. “It’s the third Terex machine the company has had from us in recent years and we are particularly delighted as it is the first of the ‘anniversary’ models to be sold here.”

He adds that Sleator Plant has enjoyed ‘a really good start to 2015’ with a significant upsurge in enquiries for machines across the various Terex and Genie ranges, with interest especially high in the Terex 9-tonne dumpers.
