PlantWorx 2025 is shaping up to be a heavyweight event in the international construction calendar.
16 of the world’s top 50 construction equipment manufacturers – including Caterpillar (represented by Finning), JCB, XCMG, Kubota, HD Hyundai and SANY – are now confirmed for the UK’s largest working construction exhibition, taking place from 23–25 September at Newark Showground.
They’ll be joined by Manitou, Fayat, Shantui, Takeuchi, Lonking, Sunward, Hidromek, Merlo, Yanmar – and most recently Zoomlion, the fast-growing Chinese OEM making international strides. Together, these brands represent over 30 per cent of the global Yellow Table – a clear endorsement of PlantWorx and a strong sign that the UK show continues to punch above its weight.
More than 300 exhibitors are already booked, with a particularly strong turnout from the attachments sector. Confirmed names include Rototilt, Miller, Auger Torque, Worsley Plant, Holp, OKB Attachments, Attach UK Ltd, BPH Attachments, Arden Equipment, Digga Europe, Con Mech Engineers, and Movax. Watson & Hillhouse will also be on site with the latest in pile-driving kit.
Attachments are now one of the most commercially significant parts of the market, offering flexibility and strong returns for contractors and hirers. As demand grows for smarter solutions, attachments are becoming a central part of plant strategy – not an add-on.
Simon Frere-Cook, PlantWorx Exhibition Director, said:“PlantWorx is a show where people come to see machines working on real ground, talk directly with suppliers, and get hands-on with the latest kit. It’s a serious event for serious buyers – whether you’re in contracting, plant hire, or running your own site.”
PlantWorx is the UK’s only working construction exhibition in 2025. It offers live demos, meaningful conversations, and a chance to compare machines and technologies side by side – all in one place.
Sustainability in focus
A new Site Sustainability Showcase will highlight proven low-emission and low-carbon technologies already being used on UK sites. Sponsored by Prolectric and supported by the CPA, the area will include electric, hybrid and hydrogen-powered machines, BESS, solar generators and more – with exhibitors including Flannery, Explore, City Lifting, Speedy, Plantforce and Instagrid. DF Capital sponsors the Recharge Café meeting hub.
