Introducing the all-new Merlo ROTO range of rotating telescopic handlers

Merlo will be showcasing the all-new ROTO along with a range of latest construction telehandlers on stand FS 1209/1 at BAUMA giving visitors the opportunity to see the full construction range, including the DM9 dumper and the zero emissions, fully electric eWorker.

The all-new Merlo ROTO range delivers increased performance, a host of new features and an innovative new design, and radio remote controller, set to increase safety, efficiency and performance of this legend amongst rotating handlers.

A significant programme of development and innovation continues the core values of Merlo product design of performance, reliability, safety & quality. This new ROTO generation heralds the arrival of increased lifting capacity whilst offering the lightest ground bearing pressure and maintaining the market leading compact dimensions Merlo is renowned for.

Performance

It’s not just the capacity (an increase in lifting capacity of 1,000 KG per model) and upgraded lift heights, but the entire load chart of machine has been enhanced. A significant number of new and improved components feature in the new design.

At the heart of these new models can be found a new chassis facilitating the increases in capacity and output. A maximum travel speed of 40 km/h (where permitted or approved) ensures no one gets to the site quicker than Merlo.

New Rental Specification Model

To meet the demands of the rapidly growing rental market, Merlo is pleased to introduce the “R” rental models. Offering the same power, performance and reliability as the S Plus models these new R models offer simplified management and operation. Perfect for sites where multiple operators are present.
