The Institute of Quarrying Northern Ireland Branch recently held its Annual General Meeting at the Dunadry Hotel.
During one of the event’s pinnacle moments, Pierce Kirwan of Northstone Materials was assigned into the role of Chairman for the next two years, with the support from Adrian Alexander from Kilwaughter as Vice Chair.
Comprising various branches across the UK, the Institute of Quarrying has been – for over 100 years – committed to supporting people working in the mineral extraction industry and promoting the positive impact of the industry, in addition to the career opportunities available.
